TURKEY HASH |

| This page is on making turkey hash. If you want to you can use beef, chcken, or some other ground item. |

| 1 1/2 lbs potatoes. |
| 2 coarsely chopped onions. |
| 1 cup barbecue sauce. |
| 2 cups diced cooked turkey (or beef, etc.) |
| 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil. |
| Salt and pepper to taste. |

| Cook the potatoes until the potatoes are tender and then after cooling peel and cut into 12 inch, dice. In a pan heat the olive oil and add the onions and cook, stirring often, until softened. Add the potatoes and cook until the onions and potatoes mixture is lightly browned. |

| Add salt and pepper. Add the turkey to the pan and cook until crispy around the edges. Add the barbecue sauce and cook until mixed well and heated through. |

| Some people will add eggs to the hash at the end. Try it with and without the eggs. |
