STATE RULES TIRE CHAINS STUDDED TIRES

The following are the official rules about tire chains and studded tires in the different states. 1 state does not allow either (Hawaii). All the other allow chains under hazardous weather but you have to take off quick to keep from damage to highway surface. Below is the listing for each state for studded tires.
