SCRAMBLED EGGS with BROCCOLI

       To make one of the different ways to make a main course meal with eggs and broccoli use the following receipt.

 

     4-6 ounces meat (see below)

     ¼ to ½ cup onion (see blow)

     1 cup chopped broccoli (see below)

     5 – 6 eggs

     pinch of salt

     pinch of pepper

     ½ cup milk

     ½ cup shredded cheese (optional)

     ¼ teaspoon dried oregano or basil

     pinch of garlic powder

     ½ medium tomato (optional)

 

       By making this you will have the main item for a meal. 

 

       Take all most any type of meat, fish, or poultry and grain ½ quick cooking tapioca

     ½ to ¾ cup sugar

     2 cups milk.

     2 eggs

     1 teaspoon vanilla

 

         Separate the eggs white and yolks and keep apart.

 

       After mixing the tapioca and sugar and then stir in the milk.   After a few minutes cook in the micro wave to the point just before boiling.   Make sure the tapioca and sugar is dissolve

 

      Beat the egg yolks and gradually stir in 1 cup of the above mixture.   Cook and stir in the micro wave  until bubbly and then stir in the vanilla.   It will become thick.

 

      Beat the egg whites till stiff peaks.   Fold in ¾ of the above mixture into the egg whites and then fold in the remaining mixture

 

      Refracted the mixture so that it is cold.   To not take out until serving time. 

   

      When you go to a hospital the first food after most operations is tapioca pudding.
