QUICK FUDGE FROSTING

Here is one of the quick fudge frostings that any one can make in about two minutes.

1 1/4 tablespoon salt.
1 cup sugar.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
3 tablespoons cocoa.
1/4 cup margarine.
1/3 cup evaporated milk. You can use 2% also by increasing to 1/2 cup.

Mix the salt, sugar, cocoa, milk, and margarine.
Cook and when it comes to a boil, let it simmer for 1 1/2 minutes. Take off from the heat and add vanilla.
Beat until thick enough to spread.
