| This page is an article on how to make some good popcorn for a party. It is set up for 7 cups but if you would like to have more, increase the amount of each item. |

| 3/8 cup of a good vegetable oil. |
| 1 1/8 teaspoon chili powder. |
| 4 medium cloves garlic peeled, minced and smashed or powdered. |
| A small amount (1/8 teaspoon) cayenne pepper. |
| 2 oz plain unsalted popcorn that is ready to eat. |

| Cook oil, garlic, chili powder, and cayenne for 5 minutes over very low heat. |
| Pour this mixture over the popcorn so that all the popcorn is coated. |
| To mix it, it is best to use your hands. |
| You will get comments on this hot popcorn. |
