| This article is on how to make a good meat loaf for dinner or for a party. Like all meat loaf you can saveit and use it over some time. The amount listed will jake about 4 servings. If you need more make the quantity larger. Like if you have 8 people make all the itemm 2 times larger. |

| 1 1/2 lbs ground meat. |
| 1 egg. |
| 1/2 cup bread crumbs. |
| 1 small onion, chopped real fine. |
| 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder. |
| 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. |
| 1/2 cup milk. |
| 1/2 teaspoon mustard. |
| Salt and Pepper to taste. |
| 1/4 lb cooked smoked sausage chopped up. |
| 2/3 cup spaghetti sauce. |
| 1/4 cup Parmesan grated cheese. |

| Mix all the ingredients except 1/2 spaghetti sauce in a pan. Spread the balance of the spaghetti sauce over the top. Cook the meat loaf until done. |
| Check and you will be done when the internal temperature is 160 degree. You can check by looking at it. If you are using a microwave it will take about 20 minutes. |
| There is an old saying that if you would like to save meat loaf for a different time, cut it into 1 inch slices, and place them in plastic bags and freeze them. When you would like to eat them, microwave each slice for about 1 minutes. |
