| There are a lot of different ways to prepare frankfurters. The following was given to me by an e-mail and it covers different ways to fix frankfurters. |

| Appetizers: Cut frankfurters in bite-size pieces, skewered on a toothpick or use small ones (sold in stores as cocktail franks) and follow the instructions on another web page under the list you are useing. |
| Texas Hots: Cook and place on a toasted roll, and then cover the frankfurters with cooked chopped meat, chili, and chopped onions. |
| Cheese Stuffing: Cut frankfurter lengthwise but not complete through, insert pieces of cheddar cheese and then wrap with partially cooked bacon. Cook the frankfurter until the bacon is cooked. |
| Chili: Serve grilled frankfurters with chopped chilis and sour cream. |
| French: Prepare a garlic butter and add chopped chives and parsley. Spread on rolls and then insert grilled franks and a slice of cheese. |
| Cheesefurter: Insert a frank in a roll and then cover with pickle relish and a slice of cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted. |
