SMALL FISH BALLS.

Another appetizer that you can serve at a cocktail party are these small fish balls. They are easy to make and will go over good.

Fish (see below)
1 egg well beaten
Salt to taste.
Pepper to taste.
Supply of fine dry bread crumbs.
1 tablespoon margarine. (you may use butter)
1 pkg tooth picks.

The fish can be any of fish. You can use any can fish, codfish, tunna, salmon, etc. or any type of cooked fish. Youwant to be able to flakes the fish so that you can make into small balls.

Place the fish in a bowl and then add the eggs, salt, margarine (butter), and pepper. Mix well and form into little balls. Roll in the bread crumbs and fry in HOT deep fat until brown.

Drain on a paper towel and serve with the tooth picks.
