.
Take any fish (salmon, shark, trout, halibut, snapper or any other fish and cook with mayonnaise. It will be delicious.
.
Take the fish and place it with the thin side toward the center of a baking dish or some item that you can place in a microwave. The plate has to be glass or some other item that can be microwaved. You CAN NOT!!! use any medal in your microwave.
.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise under the fish and spread a thick layer over the top. Then cover with a microwave cover or a plastic wrap.
.
Cook from 6 to 10 minutes, depending on the fish. Try to get the temperature up to about 155 defrees.
.
In place of the mayonnaise, you can use any of the salad dressings on the market. Also some people will place a lemon wedge. Some people will use a little horseradish sacuce. You can cook with almost any sauce to add taste.
