FISH and MAYONAISE |

| Cooking fish with mayonnaise will make a delicious meal. |

| Take any fish (salmon, shark, trout, halibut, snapper or any other fish and cook with mayonnaise. It will be delicious. |

| Take the fish and place it with the thin side toward the center of a baking dish or some item that you can place in a microwave. The plate has to be glass or some other item that can be microwaved. You CAN NOT!!! use any medal in your microwave. |

| Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise under the fish and spread a thick layer over the top. Then cover with a microwave cover or a plastic wrap. |

| Cook from 6 to 10 minutes, depending on the fish. Try to get the temperature up to about 155 defrees. |

| In place of the mayonnaise, you can use any of the salad dressings on the market. Also some people will place a lemon wedge. Some people will use a little horseradish sacuce. You can cook with almost any sauce to add taste. |

| Cook until the fish can be flaked off easy. |
