CURRIED
MAYONNAISE

This web page is on making curried mayonnaise. Curried is used as a spread or dip on grilled lamb or beef.
1 teaspoon horseradish
1 garlic clove minced fine
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 mayonnaise
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
Combine and mix all of the ingredient
Make 1-2 days ahead to allow the flavors to develop
