CRANBERRY  HORSERADISH RELISH

          This web page is a recipe for a relish that will go over real good.

 

                                             6 tablespoons sugar.

                                             2 ½ cups whole cranberries

                                             1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon horseradish

 

      Coarsely chop the cranberries and sugar in a food processor, and stir in the horseradish.

      Refrigerate for more then 1 hour and after that it will keep for 4 days or so.
