CRAB and SHRIMP LOUIE

     A good salad   be made with crab or shrimp.   Most restaurants have them but the cost may be high.  Also you do not want to order this made up if it is not fresh.   I ordered a crab louie in Bend Oregon one time and got a bad case of food poison.  Make sure that the crab is fresh.

 

      1 cup Mayonnaise

      1/3 cup whipped heavy cream

      ¼   cup chili sauce

      1 dash ofcayenne pepper

      2 tablespoon grated onions

      ½ stick chilly, chopped fine

      2 tablespoons chopped parsley

      1 lb crab or small shrimp

      A few large lettuce leaves

 

Mix all the above items, except the lettuce.  Then take the lettuce and place it on the inside of the dish so that the crab or shrimp can be place on it.    You now have a nice salad.
