CHILI.

Now you can make your own chili.
.
1 1/2 lbs ground beef.
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
1 tablespoon shili powder.
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin.
1 lb kidney beans.
1 lb tomatoes diced up and then drained.
1/2 cup chopped fine onion. (1 medium onion).
1 can tomato sauce.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the beef, onion and garlic for from 7-12 minutes until the beef is brown. Drain off the liquid.

Take all the other items except the beans and bring to a boil and then let it simmer for 1 1/2 hour before stirring in the beans. When all the beans are in, bring to a boil. Then simmer for from 10 -- 20 minutes until you have the desired thickness. You need to stir occasionally.

Some people will take macaroni and then spread the chili over it. If you want it to be hot add 3/4 teaspoon chili powder or red pepper sauce or add a chopped jalapeno chili.

Try different things. Some people will spread cheese.
