THINGS TO DO TO BURN CALORIES

When a person would like to burn off some calories they will try exercising. The following it a short list of the calories that it take to do a lot of different things in one hour. The low end it the amount of calories a light weight person would burn (120-25 lbs.) and the upper end is the amount that a larger person may burn (170 lbs ). This will give you an idea of what it takes. These will be different for each person as each person make up is different and some one with the same weight may burn 2 or 3 times as another person.
Aerobic Dancing = 290 - 800
Backbacking = 285 - 875
Badminton = 230 - 725
Basketball Game = 400-960
Climbing Stair = 225 - 650
Outdoor Bicycing = 170 - 1,190
Stationary Bicycing = 85 - 1,180
Bowling = 115 - 245
Canoeing = 170 - 650
Chopping Wood = 170 - 800
Gardening = 115 - 560
Golfing = 115 - 550
Handball = 165 - 950
Hiking = 170 - 950
Jogging = 460 - 800
Roller Skating = 290 - 650
Rope Skipping = 345 - 950
Running = 690 - 1,200 (Depending on speed)
Scuba Diving = 280 - 810
Sking = 150 - 1,125
Stwimming = 225 - 900
Table Tennis = 160 - 400
Tennis = 160 - 550
Walking = 120 - 350
