| When a person would like to burn off some calories they
will try exercising. The following it a short list of the calories that it
take to do a lot of different things in one hour. The low end it the
amount of calories a light weight person would burn (120-25 lbs.) and the
upper end is the amount that a larger person may burn (170 lbs ). This
will give you an idea of what it takes. These will be different for each
person as each person make up is different and some one with the same
weight may burn 2 or 3 times as another person. |

| Walking = 120 - 350 |
