This is an article on how to make a item that you can use to bread any fish, meat, or chicken.
2 tablespoon butter or margarine.
¼ to ½ cup fine dry bread crumbs
½ teaspoon curry powder
Dash of garlic powder to 1/8 teaspoon.
1/8 teaspoon salt.
Dash of pepper.
1 teaspoon fresh ground parsley flakes.
¼ cup grated cheese.
1 pound meat, or fish, or chicken pieces (drumsticks is better).
Mix in a plastic bag all the items except the butter and the meat, fish, and chicken so that all the powder items are mix together.
Milt the butter or margarine into a liquid.
Now take the meat and make into small pieces, or the fish into fillets, or the chicken into small pieces (you can use drumsticks) and lay out on a tray or board. Rub the margarine or butter liquid on the items. Then roll or spread the powder over the meat and fish or roll the drumsticks etc. Some people will not use the cheese with the fish, only on the meat and chicken.
Cook for 7 to 10 minutes in a micro wave or bake in the oven until done. You will need to check your time and temperature. Use your regular time that you use when you bake meatloaf, fish or chicken.
Good luck.
