| The (ATP) Andean Trade Preference Act was set up to combat drug production and to provides duty-free access to US markets for about 5,500 items. This covers the following Andean countries: |

| They are working with the US so that their items can become duty-free and they will help us control the production and drug trafficking in the Andean countries. |
