STATES ALCOHOL DRIVING LAWS

The following are the official alcohol driving laws of the states.

The first number is a yes or no, does the state have an open container law. The second listing is the blood alcohol % that will get you a jail cell. The third listing is the time in months that you will loose your license when stopped by the police. The forth is the time for the 2^nd time and the fifth is the time for the 3r time.
