STATES ALCOHOL DRIVING LAWS

       The following are the official alcohol driving laws of the states.  

The first number is a yes or no, does the state have an open container law.   The second listing is the blood alcohol % that will get you a jail cell.   The third listing is the time in months that you will loose your license when stopped by the police.    The forth is the time for the 2nd time and the fifth is the time for the 3r time.   If you know of some changes, please let me know at the e-mail address at the end.
