STATES ACCIDENT REPORTS

The following are the official rules
about the amount of loss of a accident between cars that have to be reported to
the different states and what is the time limit that the driver have to make
that report to the state. The first
number days that you have to make the report and the second number is the
amount of property damage that has to have been done. Less then this value you do not need to report. If a person is injured you have to make a
report all the time. If you know of

On the ones listed 180 days, the police
has to make a report within 24 hours and you have to make a report within 180
days if a settlement of the accident has not been reached within 6 months.
These days and amount can be changed by
the different states. If a policemen
is at the accident, check with him.
Most of the time he will have the forms that you will need. He also will let you know the amount and
time you have to report the accident.
